Appointment Hours

Saturdays 10 am – 5 pm GMT

Sundays 11 am – 5 pm GMT

Appointments are confirmed with a £50 consultation fee, which will be applied as a credit towards any purchase. 

We kindly ask clients to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of an appointment to receive a credit for the consultation fee.

Please allow 24 hours for us to confirm your appointment. A confirmation email with our London studio address will be sent once payment has been confirmed.

THE PROCESS

Begins with a virtual appointment to discuss your wedding plans and dress dreams. During this consultation, you'll virtually browse our collection as we suggest dresses based on your style.

Upon completion of our initial virtual consultation, our team will provide you with sample garments and a measuring kit to try on. Subsequently, we will schedule a follow-up appointment upon receiving your dress to address any final questions regarding alterations, fittings, and necessary adjustments.
